The run starts at the Port Union Waterfront Park and heads East to the Rouge Beach, following the newest part of the Ron Moeser Trail then back again. This is one of the most scenic and beautiful parts of the waterfront trail. 10k runners then continue West across Highland Creek then turn North to follow the Highland Creek trail to 7,5k turnaround before returning to the Port Union Waterfront Patk.
Register through the Running Room. Registration is necessary if you want to be timed, receive a participation certificate and be eligible for prizes. Registered participants also receive a "goodies bag".
Prizes will be awarded to the top male and female participants from each age category in each event. At least 18 prizes will be available. Depending on participation, there may also be prizes for special participants (e.g. para or special athletes).
Every participant who provides an e-mail address will be sent a personalized certificate showing their standing (for the top 3 positions) or participation within their event, gender and age group.

The is ample free parking at the Rouge Hill GO station's West parking lot at the foot of Port Union Road. From there it is a short walk to the Port Union Waterfront Park.
